great steamer

Needed a new steamer for my kitchen. Had previously bought a Shark but was very disappointed. Very light and did not give out much steam. Returned it to Bed, Bath & Beyond. Since I originally had a monster which was bought thru QVC and which I really liked, I decided to give this newer model a try. The price was really good and I'm extremely happy with this steamer. Unbelievable amount of steam, very hot, great steamer.

I just opened my box and away I went. add some water, plugged it in, it took a couple minutes to reach temp. but then it was a breeze to use. just glides across the floor and leaves no residue. I always struggled with the dogs leaving paw prints on the wet floor but now there is no wet floor. no prints, no residual water, no mess. I liked my swiffer and will continue to use it but the steamer is almost as easy to use and is much cleaner in the end. I love it!!
