Good Steamer/some cons to consider

I bought this from Sam's online for 89.00 I believe. It was shipped in a beat up cardboard box (not new in box). When I opened the tank, I noticed it had water in it (once again, used/refurbished). I called Sam's and they are returning it, as it was sold to me "new".Anyway, with all that said, I found it to be a good steamer for the cost. It only took 5 min to heat up, and the pressure was great (at first)! It blasted away all the dust on my baseboards (they look like new), and steamed my hardwood floors and tile great, without any mop up at all! The detail nozzle got my grout really clean!!! However, that did require lots of mop up!Pros: Easy to use, lightweight, low noise on motor, hot water, great pressure at first.Cons: Not many tools (need one a bit bigger than detail nozzle), short cord (use extension), Pressure seems to lack after repeated use (this is very noticeable). Made in UK (parts are only available overseas)Now, I don't know how much of the lack of pressure resulted in the fact that I apparently bought a used version.I think I am going to try another steamer solely based on the availablity of parts. I may get stuck with it if it breaks after a period of time and I am not going to pay overseas shipping!

FANTASTIC STEAM CLEANER

i have not had the chance to use all of the attachments to this wonderful product yet, but have used it to steam clean the things on my patio. I just steam cleaned the jungle of artificial plants. I found a solid wood table that someone had left behind when moving - they had painted over the wood (can't imagine why) and it was quite dirty. I used the Monster SC60 to clean it and it's wonderful. This is a POWERHOUSE Steam Cleaner, not one of those useless hand held pieces of junk - this is the real thing.The Monster SC60 includes all the attachments needed to steam clean floors and carpets as well as the stove, sinks, bathtubs, car wheels, etc.This is the PERFECT all around steam cleaner with the power to get the job done.

No more 10-second rule

I have dark Royal Mahogany floors with a high-gloss 'piano' finish...A nightmare to keep clean with all the various cleaners and implements I had or purchased, including the swiffer that the experts told me would be "so easy" wrong!! it only gets dust. The "Wet" swiffer left the floors looking streaked and duller than before I cleaned it...awful.I finally tried steam mops. Great job cleaning, however I had to return the Shark Steamer because it leaves a dull residue (despite what the commercials say). Finally I bought this Monster. OMG! really, It really works. The Monster leaves "the floor that shows everything" perfectly and I mean perfectly clean. Just for fun I "white socked" the whole floor afterward and picked up nothing what-so-ever. Hugely impressed with this machine.Oh and a prior reviewer mentioned that they couldn't replace accessories because "they were not available", so I checked and found them right away on their website [...] no cons for me!Seriously, my floors are now as clean and bright as the wine glasses that come out of my dishwasher. I'd eat off of them :) No more 10-second rule :)
